DURBAN - KwaZulu-Natal Premier Thami Ntuli has requested detailed reports from his Health and Education MECs following allegations of misconduct.
Education MEC, Sipho Hlomuka is said to have rigged a multimillion-rand tender to supply food to schools.
Meanwhile, Health MEC, Nomagugu Simelane, allegedly pressured a local radio station to fire a popular presenter or risk losing advertising from her department.
While the MECs have denied the allegations, Ntuli says he expects a response regarding the allegations by Monday.
