WATCH | Senzo Meyiwa murder trial-within-a-trial resumes

JOHANNESBURG - The Pretoria High Court is yet to make a judgment on whether confessions made by accused 1 and 2 in the Senzo Meyiwa trial should be admissible.

Confessions by Muzi Sibiya and Bongani Ntanzi have been the focal point for four months as they maintain they were tortured by police into signing prepared statements.

The decision of the court will have a bearing on the main trial.
