PRETORIA - The Board of Healthcare Funders is in court challenging the National Health Insurance Act.
It says the Act, in its present form, will not achieve government's objective of universal health coverage for all.
The board has accused President Cyril Ramaphosa and Health Minister Aaron Motsoaledi of trying to stall their case against the NHI.
