JOHANNESBURG - The Umkhonto weSizwe Party (MKP) is challenging President Cyril Ramaphosa in the Constitutional Court.
This over his decision to place Police Minister Senzo Mchunu on leave, and appoint an acting minister.

It's also contesting the establishment of the Madlanga Commission to probe allegations of police corruption.
MK Party supporters are expected to gather outside the court in protest.
