JOHANNESBURG - Alleged political fixer Brown Mogotsi has not yet appeared at the Vosloorus Police Station in Johannesburg's East Rand.
Mogotsi is keeping mum after an alleged attempt on his life.
The North West businessman, linked to alleged police corruption, now faces a grilling by both the
Madlanga Commission and Parliament’s Ad Hoc Committee.
Gunmen reportedly sprayed his car with bullets in Vosloorus Monday night, but Mogotsi walked away unscathed.
Police have not ruled out suspicions that the attack may have been staged.
Mogotsi escaped the alleged attack without injury, and no blood was found inside his vehicle.
The bullet-riddled car, however, was not as lucky.

Police have opened a case of attempted murder but say they have not ruled out other possibilities.
Eyewitnesses are offering very different versions of what unfolded, claiming Mogotsi may have fired the shots himself.
