JOHANNESBURG - The National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) will on Thursday give an update on higher education funding applications.
Some students are still waiting for financial help while others are facing eviction from their residences because of non-payment.

The monthly media update is expected to reveal the number of successful applicants and share dates on which payments will be made.
NSFAS received more than 900,000 applications for the 2026 academic year.
