EASTERN CAPE - Controversial Nigerian televangelist Timothy Omotoso is back in court.
He was arrested on Saturday morning on immigration-related charges while leading a "New Dawn" crusade.
Home Affairs says he entered the country illegally 25 years ago using fraudulent documents.
But his legal team says the claims are misleading.
His latest arrest comes after he was acquitted in April of 32 charges - including rape, human trafficking, and racketeering.
