JOHANNESBURG - Paediatric surgeon Peter Beale has been acquitted of all charges.
He was arrested in 2019 on a culpable homicide charge after three children he operated on died.
Beale was later charged with murder and fraud.
The two counts of fraud relate to medical procedures that contributed to the deaths.
