KRAAIFONTEIN - National Police Commissioner, Fannie Masemola, says a 49-year-old has been arrested for the murder of six people in Kraaifontein.
The shootings, which rocked the community on Monday and Tuesday, have triggered widespread fear.

It is reported that near midnight on Tuesday, two females aged 19 and 25 year we fatally shot while a 24 year old male had to be rushed to hospital after the attack on Molefe Street, Wallacedene.
In another incident, a few minutes apart from the above incident on Taleman Street, Wallacedene, two females in their twenties were shot dead in their bedroom. The pair were found with gunshot wounds to their heads.
Police later recovered the suspected murder weapon, hidden in a shop owned by a foreign national in the area.
