The SIU said the vehicle was repeatedly transferred between entities.

It remained in the dealership’s possession, raising concerns of concealment.

The car is a restrained asset under a preservation order linked to the unit’s ongoing corruption investigation.

The Tribunal has authorised the seizure of the vehicle and ordered the owner to appear in court in July to answer to contempt charges.

The Bentley is alleged to belong to Hangwani Maumela, who has been linked to corruption and procurement irregularities at Tembisa Hospital.
