CAPE TOWN - The South African Human Rights Council will be monitoring PostBank in the next grant cycle.
Recipients are readying for another attempt at getting their grant.

This comes after some beneficiaries were left frustrated last month after they did not receive their money.
A Postbank system glitch resulted in about half a million beneficiaries not being paid.
