JOHANNESBURG - Suspended City of Ekurhuleni legal services head, Kemi Behari, has been arrested by the Commission-Recommended Task Team.
Sources have told eNCA that Behari was nabbed after his disciplinary hearing on Wednesday afternoon.

The Madlanga Commission heard that Behari allegedly failed to execute a council resolution to take disciplinary action against controversial suspended EMPD Deputy Chief, Julius Mkhwanazi.
Behari appeared at the Madlanga Commission in February this year.
