Taps still dry in Brixton and other parts of Joburg

JOHANNESBURG - Frustrations are simmering in parts of Johannesburg.

The mostly elderly residents of Jan Hofmeyer in Brixton have been without water for three weeks and now they say they've had enough.

And now, Rand Water plans to implement water shifting to manage consumption.

Johannesburg Water meanwhile, is calling on residents to use water sparingly.
