Taxi strike to continue after talks with WC govt fail

CAPE TOWN - Santaco's minibus taxi strike is set to continue in the Western Cape on Monday after talks with the provincial government broke down. 

Meanwhile, Golden Arrow Bus company says its services will continue uninterrupted.

The company secured a court interdict at the Western Cape High Court on Sunday, barring violence and intimidation from striking Santaco taxi affiliates.

Santaco's legal team has welcomed the interdict but denies their clients’ involvement in the attacks.
