Analyst comments on National Assembly vote in favour of cutting Israeli diplomatic ties

PARLIAMENT - Members of Parliament voted to support a motion to shutdown the Israeli embassy in South Africa and sever diplomatic ties until such time as a ceasefire is declared by Israel.

The EFF motion passed by 248 votes to 91.
