Constitutional Court to rule on Zuma's eligibility

JOHANNESBURG - The Constitutional Court is expected to deliver judgment on the IEC’s appeal to have former President Jacob Zuma barred from standing as a candidate in the upcoming elections.

The commission took the decision based on Zuma's 15-month contempt of court sentencing.

But, it was overturned by the Electoral Court.
