CAPE TOWN - The ANC is talking to various parties both inside and outside the Government of National Unity.
It comes after the party pressed the reset button on the unity government. It came after tensions with the DA over the budget and a proposed VAT hike.

The ANC accuses the DA of acting more like an opposition party than a governing partner.
According to Deputy UDM President Nqabayomzi Kwankwa, they have previously proposed a number of items that include raising the amount of cooperating taxes.
