JOHANNESBURG - Over three weeks and counting without rolling blackouts.

So, how long can we expect this to last? Or do we need to start preparing for a cold winter? 

Eskom said the extended suspension is due to sustained generation capacity, adequate emergency reserves and reduced demand from the grid.
