JOHANNESBURG - Outa has filed complaints with the Information Regulator against SANRAL and the Construction Seta.
It says the entities are refusing to provide it with information regarding tenders awarded to two contractors.
They are for upgrades to the N3 and for an access system, with a combined value of around 5-billion rand.
Outa says the two companies have been investigated for fraud. It says the Sanral contract given to AquaEXR is the subject of an active investigation.
OUTA CEO Wayne Duvenage spoke to eNCA.
