JOHANNESBURG - President Cyril Ramaphosa now has 10 days to provide the Gauteng High Court with his record of decision-making related to the signing of the National Health Insurance Act into law.

He did this two week's before last year's elections despite widespread opposition to the NHI.
The court has now allowed the Board of Healthcare Funders and the South African Private Practitioners Forum to contest the signing of the legislation .
