JOHANNESBURG - The Madlanga Commission of Inquiry has been delayed before it even begun.
Its hearings, which were set to begin on 1 September, will not go as planned as the commission says the Department of Justice failed to deliver the infrastructure needed, despite earlier assurances.
It was set up to probe criminality, political interference, and corruption in the justice system.
Naledi Kuadli, the Director of Defend Our Democracy, discussed what this means for accountability with eNCA.
