NHI Bill threatens citizen's constitutional rights: HFA

JOHANNESBURG - The Health Funders Association says the passed NHI Bill cannot be signed into law in its current form because it will infringe on the rights of all South Africans.

The association also argues that the bill will destroy the country's health system.

It has petitioned President Cyril Ramaphosa to hold off on signing the Bill on constitutional and procedural grounds.
