CAPW TOWN - The DA laid a criminal complaint against Higher Education Minister Dr Nobuhle Nkabane.
They're accusing her of lying to Parliament.
It comes ahead of Nkabane’s budget debate in the National Council of Provinces.
The DA says this is not in retaliation for the axing of its Deputy Minister, Andrew Whitfield.
However, it says it clearly shows the President's double standards when dealing with his government.
