SA's Corruption Emergency | Case against Magistrate postponed

JOHANNESBURG - The corruption case against suspended Pretoria Magistrate Desmond Nair has been postponed to 7 December.

He appeared briefly in the Specialised Commercial Crime Court on Monday on charges related to the now-defunct Bosasa company.
