JOHANNESBURG - Tributes continue to pour in for veteran playright Mbongeni Ngema.

Ngema, best known for his groundbreaking musical 'Sarafina', died on Monday in a car crash near Lusikisiki in the Eastern Cape.

The Cultural & Creative Industries Federation Of South Africa say’s hisartistic tapestry weaved threads of history, tradition, and vibrant storytelling, giving voice to the aspirations and struggles of the people.
