In a fiery press briefing on Sunday, Mkhwanazi named Police Minister Senzo Mchunu and senior SAPS officials, accusing them of interfering in investigations.

He alleges that key case dockets were removed after the task team's disbandment, raising fears that high-profile suspects are being protected.
