WATCH | No guarantee Durban beaches safe for swimming - NPO

JOHANNESBURG - There’s no guarantee that Durban beaches are safe for swimming according to a non-profit organisation, Adopt-a-River.

It's been working with the municipality to test water to determine its safety.

It says it’s concerned with the use of results to declare all beaches safe for swimming.

The organisation’s director, Janet Simpkins spoke to eNCA.
