BOKSBURG - 22-year-old Danyelle Barlow is yet another victim of gun and gang violence. He is among some of the victims who are being buried today.
As the funeral proceeds, Danyelle's mother read out a letter she wrote to him. She expressed an unbearable loss and pain at being robbed of her only son.
"I feel robbed. Robbed of the future we were meant to share, of the dreams we still wanted to live, and of the love that was still to be shown"
Danyelle's mother also addressed the perpetrator of her son's murder and lamented at the heartlessness of the murder, and urged the perpetrator to repent.
6 people were gunned down in a drive-by shooting in Reiger park last week.
