PRETORIA – Mpumalanga taxi boss Joe “Ferrari” Sibanyoni is back at the Madlanga Commission on Tuesday, where he is expected to face further questions about allegations surrounding him.
At his previous appearance, Sibanyoni accused the commission of treating him unfairly.
He said evidence was being revealed piece by piece, a process he claimed was driving up his legal costs.

Sibanyoni has denied any links to an alleged extortion racket and has also faced questions about alleged ties to the so-called Big Five cartel.
Separately, he is facing extortion and money-laundering charges in another case.
Sibanyoni has indicated that he will not answer questions about those charges, saying doing so could prejudice his separate court case.
