PRETORIA - Taxi boss Bafana “King of the Sky” Sindane is expected to appear before the Madlanga Commission on Monday.
Sindane’s appearance comes after the Commission last week dismissed his application to postpone his testimony.
He has also approached the High Court in a bid to prevent the commission from using text messages extracted from his cellphone.

Sindane is expected to face questions about alleged links to criminal syndicates, underworld figures and members of the police.
His testimony could also shed light on his relationship with fellow taxi boss Joe “Ferrari” Sibanyoni, a close ally who has already appeared before the commission.
The commission is investigating allegations surrounding corruption, criminality and alleged links between taxi industry figures, criminal networks and law-enforcement officials.
