Alleged insurance scam killer, Agnes Segomotsi Setshwantsho back in court

JOHANNESBURG -  Alleged insurance scam killer, Agnes Segomotsi Setshwantsho returns to court this morning.

She is alleged to have taken out policies for over 40 members of her extended family.

Setshwantsho was arrested in November in a joint operation by police and an insurance company.

She allegedly murdered her relatives to receive insurance payouts.

Police initiated another investigation after one witness claimed she received death threats from the accused.

Setshwantsho is also a prime suspect in the murder of her son.

Police are also investigating her husband, two daughters, and son's mysterious deaths.

She remains in custody.
