Discussion | South Africa appeals for support in it's energy transition plan

JOHANNESBURG - COP28 continues in Dubai, with world leaders outlining their countries’ positions and commitment, to fighting the impact of climate change.

President Cyril Ramaphosa says he's pleased that South Africa had the opportunity to present its just energy transition plan to delegates. Ramaphosa says the plan requires more funding and has appealed to other countries to participate.
