SA’s corruption emergency | Lamola still confident of capturing Guptas

JOHANNESBURG - Justice Minister Ronald Lamola still believes the Guptas will be brought back to South Africa.

Last year, the UAE rejected an application to extradite them to answer to state capture crimes.

They are accused of manipulating processes at state-owned enterprises during Jacob Zuma's presidency.

"We and the authorities are exploring all other means in terms of international laws to ensure they are extradited and we remain committed to pursue the matter," Lamola said.
