American tennis great Serena Williams is to return to the professional circuit when she competes in the doubles at Queen's Club later this month at the age of 44.

Despite the visa delays causing disruption to Bafana Bafana’s travel plans, the focus remains on the opportunity that lies ahead at the World Cup.

Rodri is out of contract at the Etihad Stadium in 2027 and has indicated he would like to return to play in his native Spain at some stage in his career.

The 44-year-old, who has not played competitively since the 2022 US Open, has been granted a wild card for the London tournament, which starts on June 8.
