WATCH | Home Affairs gives update on ZEP

PRETORIA - Home Affairs Aaron Motsoaledi is giving an update on immigration and visa issues.

The Supreme Court has granted the ministry leave to appeal the Zimbabwe Exemption Permits ruling.

The High Court ruled the department's decision not to renew the permits was unconstitutional.

The Zimbabwe Immigration Federation and Helen Suzman Foundation took Home Affairs to court.
