CAPE TOWN - MK Party Chief Whip, Mmabatho Mokoena-Zondi, has been released on R30,000 bail.
Mokoena-Zondi was charged with fraud for allegedly recruiting researchers to the party under false pretenses.

Once the individuals were hired, she demanded payment under the pretense that it was for party leader Jacob Zuma’s legal costs.
Mokoena-Zondi returns to the Cape Town Magistrate’s Court on 18 June.
