Childhood Development | How SA's inequality affects ECD programmes

JOHANNESBURG - Inequality in South Africa is putting many children at a learning disadvantage, right from the start of their lives.

A national survey of preschool outcomes suggests children in high-cost early learning programmes, are twice as likely to hit development milestones than those in lower cost schemes.
