JOHANNESBURG - On Wednesday the Minister of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment, Barbara Creecy, made public the findings and recommendations of the Ministerial Task Team report, on the eight voluntary options to exit the captive lion trade.

The team looked at the Domestication of the lions, the captive breeding of the lions and voluntary disposal options for lion parts as well as engaging all the stake holders in the captive lion trade , including he workers.
