2024 elections | Mbalula: MK Party has invaded our space

FICKSBURG - The ANC is still awaiting the outcome of its application at the Durban High Court challenging the use of the name uMkhonto WeSizwe and symbols by former President Jacob Zuma’s endorsed MK party.

This week, the Electoral Court dismissed the ANC's application to have the UMkhonto WeSizwe Party de-registered with the IEC.

There are calls within the ANC to focus on its election campaign and stop fighting what some call a losing battle with MK.
