Disagreements persist as COP28 Climate Summit concludes

DUBAI - The COP28 conference which is meant to draw to a close on Tuesday, has found itself running into overtime, with delegates still battling to agree on a number of issues.

Negotiators are still waiting on a new draft deal, after many countries criticised the previous version.
It omitted the phasing out plan of fossil fuels.
