Discussion | Cable break's to blame for internet outages

JOHANNESBURG - Yesterday with some patchy connectivity we discussed South Africa’s internet woes. 

Damage to undersea cables off the West Coast of Africa has affected cellphone operators, internet service providers and frustrated many South Africans.
