Discussion | President signs GBV, NPA Bills in to law

PRETORIA - President Cyril Ramaphosa has found his pen, and he's wasting no time using it. 

He signed two bills into law today.

They are the the National Council on  GBV and Femicide Bill and the NPA Amendment Bill.

Women, Youth and People with Disabilities Minister, Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma says that the implementation of these bill is long overdue.

Corne Davis from the University of Johannesburg spoke to eNCA on the significance of the bills.
