Education in crisis | Bizarre behaviour at Eastern Cape schools

EAST LONDON - Schools are meant to be safe havens for children.

But something bizarre is going on in the Eastern Cape.

For several years, there have been reports of children suddenly developing frantic behaviour at school.

Around 20 incidents have been reported since the beginning of the year.
